Ōhope
After more than 50 years the old kiwi bach wasn’t quite serving its purpose or catering to the needs of the ever growing family. A feasibility study found renovation wasn’t an option, so the decision was made to start from scratch and purpose design a holiday home which would comfortably cater to the three generations of family who love to spend time holidaying together. Working alongside 7D Architecture, the new bach was designed and Shape Homes are currently in the early stages of building, scheduled for completion Dec 26.
Mokoia
A lakeside retirement retreat complete with plenty of office space for working from home and separate living spaces to cater for visiting friends and whānau. Working alongside 7D Architecture this property has been designed to maximize sustainability and minimize environmental impacts. Large sun drenched windows celebrate the view over Lake Rotorua and Mokoia Island, with a drop down deck and firepit area for entertaining. Scheduled for completion Nov 26.
