Shape Homes is a family owned and operated home building company in Rotorua, proudly serving the wider Bay of Plenty region. When it comes to building a new home we understand this is probably the biggest investment most people make in their lifetime, so of course that comes with an element of worry, but it doesn’t need to. We specialise in creating beautiful, high quality homes with a focus on transparency and client satisfaction. Meet Steve
Founder and certified builder with over 20 years of hands on experience in residential construction across New Zealand, Australia and the UK. Stephen is a licensed building practitioner, holds a Diploma in Construction Management and brings a deep understanding of today’s highly specialised building industry.
Known for his strong coordination skills, he has a proven track record of managing all aspects of a build from design through to delivery. A natural problem solver and solution focused professional, Stephen is passionate about making the building journey smooth, transparent and enjoyable for his clients. What drives him most is seeing families step into their brand new homes and knowing they truly enjoyed the journey to get there.
