This initial meeting is all about understanding you and how you live in your space. We'll visit you on site to get a clear sense of your vision and goals for the project.

From there, we'll develop design concepts and provide cost estimates, giving you a realistic overview of what to expect moving forward.

Once you decide on a concept design we will work to hone this further, providing you with an actual build cost and contract. You will have opportunities to make changes to your plans so that they fit within your budget and timeframe. This stage ensures all details are covered so we can provide you with a clear plan moving forward.

Once happy with the design and pricing you will sign a NZ Certified Builders contract, pay a 10% deposit and your plans will be lodged for consent with your local council. We provide you with a build schedule and access to our client portal so you know exactly what is going to be happening on site, and when.

The exciting part- this is where you will see your new home take shape. We manage the entire process from services to site and earthworks, right up to where we hand you the keys to your brand new home. Weekly build updates will be provided through the client portal and we will continue to guide you through the process keeping you informed at each step.
